For example, Dropbox, Wesendit, Wetransfer, or Google Drive. The Project Entry Kit consists of four parts:
1) Instructions Manual
Read the instructions Manual carefully to ensure that your entry complies to the rules outlined by the 2019 BEST awards committee. Failure to comply with the instructions will result in entry disqualification.
2) Description Form
The description form provides the BEST awards judges with detailed information about your project. This is your chance to describe the thinking behind the design and why it is an example of a brilliantly executed space.
The powerpoint showcases your project photography and floor plans. This is used for judging as well as people's choice voting and the night-of presentation.
4) Primary Project Photo
Include (1) separate high resolution image in JPEG format that best represents the project. The image should be 300 dpi and 8-1/2x11 in size. This image will be showcased the night of the event and will be published should this project receive an award. This should be the same image used on slide 4 of the presentation powerpoint.
